My Alma Mater becomes #2 in NJ. Suck it Rutgers!!

Me as Rocky the Red Hawk
I recently got an email from my old Alma Mater Montclair State University with a link to an news story bout their new ranking as a Univeristy. The acticle stated:

Princeton University is no longer the No. 1 college in the U.S., according to Forbes magazine's second-annual poll of America's best college's.

It's No. 2, behind the U.S. Military Academy.

The next highest placing New Jersey institution of higher education was Drew University (70), followed by Montclair State University (288), the College of New Jersey (310), Rutgers-New Brunswick (437), Rutgers-Newark , Seton Hall University (444), Rutgers-Newark (484), Stevens Institute of Technology (548), Farleigh Dickinson University (586), and Rider University (589). The Forbes list ranked colleges based on how well they met student needs, taking into account things like student evaluations on the Web site ratemyprofessors.com, appearances in Who's Who in America, the average salaries of graduates reported by Payscale.com, according to mycentraljersey.com.

Other factors included how much debt students had after graduation and how many alumni and faculty were awarded Rhodes Scholarships or Nobel Prizes. - Elizabeth Birge,NewJerseyNewsRoom.com

So Congratulations to MSU!! I had a really good experience while attending classes there. I met a lot of great professors, who I still keep in touch with and have opened many doors for me in the acting community. I also met some of my best friends there. HELL I was the mascot for a time. Long Live Rocky the Redhawk!! So again, CONGRATULATIONS TO MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY!!
